On Mojave,

12:19:35 ==> brew doctor
12:19:37 ==> FAILED
12:19:37 Please note that these warnings are just used to help the Homebrew maintainers
12:19:37 with debugging if you file an issue. If everything you use Homebrew for is
12:19:37 working fine: please don't worry or file an issue; just ignore this. Thanks!
12:19:37
12:19:37 Warning: You have unlinked kegs in your Cellar
12:19:37 Leaving kegs unlinked can lead to build-trouble and cause brews that depend on
12:19:37 those kegs to fail to run properly once built. Run `brew link` on these:
12:19:37   sphinx
12:19:37
12:19:37 Warning: Broken symlinks were found. Remove them with `brew prune`:
12:19:37   /usr/local/bin/shmcat
12:19:37   /usr/local/opt/shmcat
12:19:37   /usr/local/var/homebrew/linked/shmcat

It looks like there are some leftovers from #31799 on one of our Mojave nodes.
